  • Olive oil2
  • Garlic cloves2
  • Red and yellow cherry tomatoes200
  • Mozzarella200
  • Fresh basilq.b.
  • Saltq.b.
  1. STEP 1 OF 6

    Cut the bread into slices about 2 cm thick and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

  2. STEP 2 OF 6

    Wash and cut the tomatoes in half and the mozzarella into round slices.

  3. STEP 3 OF 6

    Wash the basil leaves and chop them roughly.

  4. STEP 4 OF 6

    In a bowl, pour in the oil, tomatoes, mozzarella, and a pinch of salt, then mix to flavor.

  5. STEP 5 OF 6

    On the toasted bread slice, rub the garlic cloves to flavor it, then spoon the tomato and mozzarella mix on top.

  6. STEP 6 OF 6

    Finally, drizzle a little oil over the bruschetta before serving.
