
An easy, quick, and inexpensive recipe to make healthy, genuine homemade piadine. It is not the original recipe for Romagna piadina, but a simple alternative for a healthy lunch.
In a bowl, mix the flour with the salt.
Add the water and extra virgin olive oil, mixing until you obtain a smooth dough.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll them out with a rolling pin until you get thin discs.
Heat a non-stick pan and cook each piadina for about 2-3 minutes per side, until golden.
