Preparation

    Layer a slice of chicken, a slice of cooked ham and a slice of scamorza cheese.

    Roll everything up on itself and repeat the process two more times.

    Secure the rolls with two kitchen skewers and cut them in half with a knife.

    Brown all sides in a pan.
