  • Stale bread300
  • Milk200
  • Parmigiano60
  • Egg1
  • Oreganoq.b.
  • For the sauce
  • Onion1
  • Tomato passata600
  • Oilq.b.
  • Saltq.b.

    Cut the stale bread into small pieces and soak it with the milk. Let it rest for at least 10 minutes.

  2. STEP 2 OF 6

    Add the other ingredients to the bread and mix well until you form the meatballs. If too wet, add breadcrumbs.

  3. STEP 3 OF 6

    Cook the meatballs in an air fryer with a drizzle of oil for 10 minutes at 180°.

  4. STEP 4 OF 6

    Prepare the sauce: in a pan with oil, add the onion cut into thin slices and let it soften.

    Add the tomato passata, salt, and cook for a few minutes.

    Combine the meatballs with the sauce and cook for at least 5 minutes.
