Recipe by
Soft and simple cookies made with only three ingredients: ripe banana, egg, and rolled oats. They cook quickly in an air fryer and can be enhanced with dark chocolate chips and raisins.
Portion: the weight of the ingredients divided by 4 portions, excluding ingredients marked “to taste” and those not considered by the analysis, such as broth. It does not change with the portion selector.

Step 1 of 6: Mash the ripe banana until you obtain a smooth purée, then transfer it to a large bowl.
Step 2 of 6: Add the egg and rolled oats, then mix well until you obtain a soft and slightly sticky dough.
Step 3 of 6: Take portions of dough and shape 6-8 cookies by hand, adjusting the size according to your preference.
Step 4 of 6: Arrange the cookies in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
Step 5 of 6: If desired, distribute dark chocolate chips and raisins over the surface, then cook at 165 °C for approximately 12 minutes.
Step 6 of 6: Allow the cookies to cool slightly for a few minutes before serving, so that the dough can firm up.
