Soft and simple cake made with apples, carrots, and oat flakes, without flour and gluten-free when certified oats are used. It can be prepared quickly with a food processor and is ideal for breakfast or a snack.
Portion: the weight of the ingredients divided by 8 portions, excluding ingredients marked “to taste” and those not considered by the analysis, such as broth. It does not change with the portion selector.

Step 1 of 5: Place the peeled and chopped apple, carrots, eggs, milk or plant-based drink, oat flakes, and baking powder in the food processor. Blend for a few seconds, until you obtain a smooth mixture.
Step 2 of 5: Pour the batter into a lightly greased 18 cm round cake pan and distribute the nuts, chocolate chips, and honey or brown sugar over the surface, if desired.
Step 3 of 5: Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 23–26 minutes. Alternatively, cook in the air fryer at 160 °C for approximately 26 minutes.
Step 4 of 5: Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely before taking it out of the pan and serving it for breakfast or a snack.
Step 5 of 5: For a gluten-free preparation, use only certified gluten-free oat flakes.
