
Sweet yogurt doughnuts: delicate, very easy-to-make dunking biscuits. Soft, scented with lemon; great served dusted with powdered sugar or with half coated in melted chocolate.
Preheat the oven to 180°C in static mode.
In a bowl, crack the egg; add the sugar and grated lemon zest and combine.
Add the cream and yogurt and mix until smooth.
Add the sifted flour and baking powder; knead until you form a soft but not sticky dough.
Lightly flour your hands, shape the dough into doughnuts, and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between them.
Bake at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly; dust with powdered sugar. If desired, cover half of the doughnuts with melted chocolate.
Serve; they are delicious dipped in hot milk.
