Ingredients

  • Raw ham200
  • Arugula (a handful)q.b.
  • Mozzarella100
  • Sun-dried tomatoes (6-7 pieces)q.b.
  • Cling film1
  • Balsamic glaze (optional)q.b.

Arrange the slices of raw ham on a flat surface, overlapping each one slightly to form a continuous strip.

    Spread a handful of arugula over the surface of the ham as shown in the video.

  • STEP 3 OF 8

    Add the sun-dried tomatoes (6-7, to taste) and the mozzarella cut into strips or thin slices.

  • STEP 4 OF 8

    Roll up the ham tightly so as to enclose the filling and obtain a compact roll.

  • STEP 5 OF 8

    Wrap the roll in cling film and tighten well.

  • STEP 6 OF 8

    Let the roll rest in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to firm it up.

  • STEP 7 OF 8

    Remove the cling film and slice the roll into evenly thick rounds to obtain about 15 rolls.

  • STEP 8 OF 8

    If desired, decorate with a drizzle of balsamic glaze before serving.
