Very quick and eye-catching rolls, ideal as an appetizer for lunches, dinners and buffets. Easy to customize with other cured meats or ingredients.
Arrange the slices of raw ham on a flat surface, overlapping each one slightly to form a continuous strip.
Spread a handful of arugula over the surface of the ham as shown in the video.
Add the sun-dried tomatoes (6-7, to taste) and the mozzarella cut into strips or thin slices.
Roll up the ham tightly so as to enclose the filling and obtain a compact roll.
Wrap the roll in cling film and tighten well.
Let the roll rest in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to firm it up.
Remove the cling film and slice the roll into evenly thick rounds to obtain about 15 rolls.
If desired, decorate with a drizzle of balsamic glaze before serving.
