  • Baking powder (sachet)1

  • Apples2
  • Grated lemon zest1
  • Yogurt (choice of coconut, plain, or vanilla)250
  • Sugar150
  • Seed oil80
  • Powdered sugar (for decoration)q.b.
  1. STEP 1 OF 9

    Preheat the oven to 190°C in static mode.

    Beat the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy.

  3. STEP 3 OF 9

    Add a pinch of salt, then add the oil in a stream and the yogurt at room temperature; mix well.

    Add the sifted flour, baking powder, and grated lemon zest; combine.

  5. STEP 5 OF 9

    Peel and cut one apple into pieces and fold it into the batter.

    Pour the mixture into a 30x11 cm loaf pan lined with parchment paper.

    Cover the surface with the second apple cut into slices.

    Bake in the preheated static oven at 190°C for about 40 minutes (check with a skewer).

    Let cool, dust with powdered sugar, and serve.
