A simple and quick pudding made with milk, cornstarch and flavored sugar. It is a creamy, gluten-free snack, easy to make even in a plant-based version and perfect to serve cold after a short rest in the refrigerator.
Pour the milk, cornstarch and flavored sugar into a saucepan.
Mix well with a whisk until all the ingredients have dissolved and no lumps remain.
Place the saucepan over medium heat, continuing to stir without stopping.
If you prefer, blend the mixture before cooking it to obtain a smoother cream.
When the mixture thickens, turn off the heat and transfer it to a bowl or small jars.
Let it cool and leave it to rest in the refrigerator for at least half an hour before serving.

Store the pudding in the refrigerator, covered with cling film touching the surface or in a closed jar, for 2-3 days. The flavored sugar can be kept in a jar in the fridge for several days.
Naturally gluten-free recipe. You can also use plant-based milk; for a more intense aroma, prepare the flavored sugar in advance
