Preparation

Bring the water to a boil in a non-stick pan.
- STEP 2 OF 8
Add the salt and pour in all the rice flour at once.
- STEP 3 OF 8
Stir vigorously with a wooden spoon and turn off the heat.
- STEP 4 OF 8
Form a compact dough ball and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
- STEP 5 OF 8
Work the dough into a ball, add the oil and continue kneading until smooth.
- STEP 6 OF 8
Divide the dough into two parts and roll them out with a rolling pin on a sheet of parchment paper.
- STEP 7 OF 8
Cook in a non-stick pan for a few minutes per side.
- STEP 8 OF 8
Let rest under a clean kitchen towel to create humidity and keep them soft before eating.
