A simple recipe to make but very good.
Pour the fresh eggs and sugar into the bowl of the stand mixer and whisk for 15 minutes at medium speed.
Add the dark chocolate and melted butter to the other ingredients and continue whisking.
Finally add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Butter and flour a bundt cake pan, pour in the batter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 45 minutes.
When the bundt cake is ready, let it cool and decorate as desired.

It keeps at room temperature for 5 days
