  • Feta (optional instead of ricotta)80
  1. STEP 1 OF 6

    Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and, meanwhile, prepare the air fryer basket with the cherry tomatoes.

  2. STEP 2 OF 6

    Add the ricotta on top of the cherry tomatoes, season with oil, salt and a little pepper, then cook at 220 °C for 8 minutes.

  3. STEP 3 OF 6

    Mash the cherry tomatoes with a fork to obtain a creamy, fragrant sauce.

  4. STEP 4 OF 6

    Cook the pasta al dente, drain it and pour it into the basket with the hot sauce.

  5. STEP 5 OF 6

    Add the arugula and olives, mix well and serve immediately, or let it cool slightly if you want to enjoy it cold.

    If you want a stronger flavor, replace the ricotta with feta and mix before adding the pasta.
