Savor the Vegan Rocher: delicious vegan chocolates with chopped hazelnuts and dark chocolate. Authentic Italian taste. Try them now!
First, blend almost all the wafers in a blender. Crumble some by hand: this will add more crunchiness to the mixture.
Add the hazelnut spread, plant-based milk, and mix well.
Shape your balls, place a hazelnut in the center, and let them rest in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
In the meantime, chop the hazelnuts, melt the dark chocolate, and mix everything together.
Let them rest in the refrigerator for a few hours or in the freezer for about half an hour. Your vegan rocher are ready to be eaten!
