
.. it is one of my favorite desserts! It is really prepared in an instant and always pleases everyone. This time I wanted to try mixing the two flours and I must say that the result satisfied me a lot. "Biscuit-like" and tasty, try it!
Combine the sugar, salt, lemon zest and oil. Mix well and add the egg. Whisk everything together and then incorporate the flours.
Using your hands, knead until you create lots of crumbs. Spread a little more than half of the crumbs on the bottom of the baking tin and press them down well with your hands.
Add the jam and cover with the remaining crumbs. Bake at 180 degrees for about half an hour. I also added a dusting of powdered sugar.

A 26 cm diameter tart tin
It stays crumbly and good for up to 3 days. Make sure to seal it with cling film or put it in an airtight container. It can stay out of the fridge.
