
...for Christmas because raisins and cinnamon remind me a bit of this time of year. When that sweet, aromatic and delicate aroma comes out of the oven, I immerse myself in the most magical atmosphere of the year! A few ingredients for rustic little cookies, tasty and suitable even for those following a fully plant-based diet!
In a bowl combine the sugar, oil and cinnamon. Mix and pour in the milk. Mix again and incorporate the all-purpose flour and coconut flour.
Knead and finally incorporate the raisins. If you do not like them, replace them with chocolate chips. Try to create a smooth dough and finally shape the cookies by taking a little dough and forming balls.
Place each ball on the baking tray lined with parchment paper and flatten them a little with your fingers. Bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.

Store in the cookie jar, tightly sealed... for two or three days too!
If you do not like raisins, replace them with chocolate chips!
