A soft, fragrant apple and walnut cake, ready in very little time thanks to air fryer cooking. Perfect for an autumn snack.
Step 1 of 5: Cut half of the apple into cubes and the other half into slices; roughly chop the walnuts.
Step 2 of 5: Whisk the egg with the brown sugar, then add the Greek yogurt and the seed oil.
Step 3 of 5: Add the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; fold in the diced apples and chopped walnuts.
Step 4 of 5: Pour the batter into a 16 cm cake pan; decorate with the apple slices and a few walnut halves.
Step 5 of 5: Cook in the air fryer at 160°C for 28-30 minutes. Check doneness with a skewer and let cool before unmolding.
