This is the week of rush, so my craving for sweets was satisfied with really just two ingredients.. I suggest them when you have unexpected guests or an unexpected sweet tooth! As we all know, there is always dark chocolate at home.. just like a roll of puff pastry, right?!
Using a cup or a pastry cutter.. cut out discs from the puff pastry. Do not throw away the scraps.. you can dust them with powdered sugar and bake them.
With a knife or, even better, a pizza cutter wheel, make horizontal cuts without reaching the edges, on half of the disc. Fold the other uncut half over it.
At this point.. in the center of the half-moon place the square of dark chocolate or a teaspoon of jam. Close it like a little parcel, sealing the tip well with your fingers. (I am also leaving you the video)
Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes, checking often. When they are ready, dust them with powdered sugar and serve them piping hot!

A pizza cutter wheel
They can be frozen raw and put in the oven when needed!
I used dark chocolate.. but jam or a nut spread will also work very well.. whatever you prefer!
