In a bowl, combine the seeds with the flour. Give it a first mix and then pour in the water, oil, and salt. Mix well using a spoon.
Once you have obtained the desired mixture, transfer it to the baking tray lined with baking paper. Level it well and bake at 200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
Then I topped them with a little cream made from spreadable cheese, turmeric, and thyme. I sprinkled everything with hot paprika, and our appetizer just needs some bubbles!
Once crispy and golden, remove from the oven and let cool slightly. I decided to break it up with my hands to create crackers all different from one another.
