Knead the flour and water, then add the salt and finally the oil.
Form a dough ball and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into three parts and roll out the pizza tongues.
Place them on a baking tray with oiled parchment paper, add a little sauce and bake at 250°C in a conventional oven, on the lower rack, for 10 minutes.
Take them out, add more sauce and bake again in the middle rack for another 10 minutes.
Once crispy and a little burnt, season to taste (I added dried oregano).
Best enjoyed warm, very easy and irresistible!
