A quick, high-protein breakfast: layers of soaked biscuits and Greek yogurt, topped with a cocoa cream. It takes about 3 minutes to prepare and should be chilled in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Portion: the weight of the ingredients divided by one portion, excluding ingredients marked “to taste” and those not considered by the analysis, such as broth. It does not change with the portion selector.

Step 1 of 5: Dip the biscuits in the milk mixture and half a decaffeinated coffee.
Step 2 of 5: Assemble the layers starting with a biscuit, then a layer of Greek yogurt, alternating until reaching the desired height.
Step 3 of 5: Spread the cocoa topping over the last layer of yogurt and finish with a biscuit on top.
Step 4 of 5: Prepare the cream by mixing the unsweetened cocoa with water and sweetener until smooth and fairly thick.
Step 5 of 5: Place in the refrigerator and let rest for a few hours before serving.
