Cut the squid or cuttlefish into rings (you can also use pre-cut ones) and dry them well.
Put the semolina in a food bag.
Add the squid, close the end of the bag with your hands, and shake until all the squid are coated with semolina.
Sift off the excess semolina.
Transfer them to the air fryer basket, add a spray of oil, and cook at 190 degrees for about 15 minutes, turning them halfway through.
Check the cooking time: they may also be done in 12 minutes.
Alternatively, cook in the oven for about 20 minutes.
