Preparation

In a bowl, mix the flour, potato starch, sugar, orange zest, salt, and baking powder.

Add the seed oil and the milk or plant-based drink, kneading by hand or with a stand mixer until you obtain a rough dough.

Transfer the dough to a work surface, shape it into a ball, and let it rest covered for at least 15 minutes (preferably overnight in the fridge).

Roll out the dough on the work surface, making many folds to create bubbles during cooking.

Roll the dough out very thinly to obtain super crisp chiacchiere.
- STEP 6 OF 8
Heat the oil and make sure it is ready before frying the chiacchiere.

Fry the chiacchiere until golden brown, then drain them on paper towels.

After 10 minutes, dust the chiacchiere with sugar and serve.
