  • Fresh cream250
  • Parmesan90

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 5

    In a small saucepan, heat the cream and milk.

  2. STEP 2 OF 5

    Then add the agar agar and return to the heat for at least 3 minutes (the heat will activate the agar agar).

  3. STEP 3 OF 5

    Off the heat, add the grated Parmesan and whisk until it has melted.

  4. STEP 4 OF 5

    Transfer the mixture into molds and let cool.

  5. STEP 5 OF 5

    Once ready, unmold them and decorate as desired. I chose pomegranate and chestnuts
