Discover the authentic taste of Broccoli Gnocchi: a creamy and flavorful dish with ricotta and Parmesan. Perfect for a touch of Italian tradition!
Portion: the weight of the ingredients divided by 2 portions, excluding ingredients marked “to taste” and those not considered by the analysis, such as broth. It does not change with the portion selector.

Step 1 of 4: Cut the broccoli into florets and boil them in lightly salted hot water. Once cooked, blend them.
Step 2 of 4: Add the ricotta, the egg yolks and the Parmesan to the broccoli, adjust with salt and pepper and finally add the flour.
Step 3 of 4: Transfer the mixture into a piping bag and form the gnocchi using a knife directly in the boiling water.
Step 4 of 4: When they rise to the surface, season them with your favorite sauce. I went for gorgonzola and walnuts
