A functional, light, and quick drink to prepare: kefir rich in probiotics, strawberries as a source of antioxidants and vitamin C, and hydrolyzed collagen for skin, hair, and joints. Ideal for breakfast, as a post-workout snack, or an evening snack.
Wash the strawberries under running water and remove the stems.
If using homemade kefir, make sure it is well mixed before use.
Place the strawberries, kefir, and collagen powder in a blender.
Add a pinch of cinnamon and, if you want a thinner consistency, pour in a couple of tablespoons of water or an unsweetened plant-based drink.
Blend for about 30-40 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass or bowl and enjoy immediately. If desired, garnish with strawberry slices or a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Variations: swap the fruit (e.g. blueberries or coconut), add chia or flax seeds or a pinch of maca, or make it creamier by replacing half of the kefir with Greek yogurt. It is recommended to consume it immediately for maximum freshness.
