Pork tenderloin with beer is definitely a flavorful main course, perfect for those who love strongly flavored meat. It is also very simple to prepare, and even though the cooking time is a bit long, it requires no special attention. All that remains is for you to try it!
Step 1 of 6: Pour some oil, garlic, rosemary, and sage into a pan and let them flavor the oil.
Step 2 of 6: Add the tenderloin and over high heat brown it well on all sides.
Step 3 of 6: Once browned, add salt and pepper, pour in the beer, and let the alcohol evaporate slightly.
Step 4 of 6: Then lower the heat and cook for about 1 hour with the lid on, taking care to turn the meat over.
Step 5 of 6: When the meat is cooked, remove it from the casserole dish, strain the cooking juices through a sieve, put them back in the pan, and increase the heat to reduce the sauce.
Step 6 of 6: Cut the tenderloin into slices, arrange them on plates, and drizzle with the sauce obtained.
