A quick and tasty first course, perfect for starting the week with lightness and flavor. Pea fusilli are combined with a creamy spreadable cheese and cooked ham sauce, inspired by the classic pasta with cream, peas and ham, but with a lighter and more original touch.
Step 1 of 5: Sauté the spring onion in a pan.
Step 2 of 5: Add the cooked ham cut into pieces.
Step 3 of 5: In a bowl, make a cream with two tablespoons of spreadable cheese, pepper and a little pasta cooking water.
Step 4 of 5: Combine the cream with the spring onion and ham, adding more cooking water to achieve the right consistency.
Step 5 of 5: Drain the fusilli directly into the pan, mix well and plate up.
