A fit dessert with no butter, no eggs and no baking, ideal for breakfast or a snack. Easy and quick to prepare; it can be eaten right away or made the night before for the next morning's breakfast. The wasa can be replaced with rice cakes or oats, and the soy yogurt with Greek yogurt, skyr or kefir.
Step 1 of 4: Crumble the wasa and moisten them with the coffee.
Step 2 of 4: Prepare the yogurt cream by mixing the yogurt with the sifted unsweetened cocoa powder.
Step 3 of 4: Alternate layers of coffee-soaked wasa with the yogurt cream.
Step 4 of 4: Finish with a dusting of cocoa and serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to eat.
Portion: the weight of the ingredients divided by one portion, excluding ingredients marked “to taste” and those not considered by the analysis, such as broth. It does not change with the portion selector.
