Banana, oat flakes, dark chocolate chips, and chopped almonds cookies: delicious light and tasty cookies without butter, without lactose, without sugar, and without eggs. Easy and quick to prepare, ideal for a healthy snack or breakfast.
Preheat the oven to 180°C in static mode.
Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces, then mash them with a fork in a bowl until you obtain a creamy consistency.
Add the oat flakes, dark chocolate chips, and chopped almonds to the bowl with the mashed banana and mix well until you obtain a smooth mixture.
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Take one tablespoon of dough at a time and, using your hands or the back of the spoon, shape the dough into a cookie form, flattening it slightly; arrange the cookies on the tray.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the edges are golden.
Remove the tray from the oven and let the cookies cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a rack or serving them.
