    Defrost the squid and crab meat.

    Clean the squid: remove the head, take out the innards and cartilage, and wash them under running water, making sure to remove the skin.

    Boil the squid in boiling water together with the garlic and the lemon cut in half for 15 minutes.

    Drain the squid, let it cool, and cut it into rings.

    Cut all the ingredients for the salad: halve the cherry tomatoes, cut the crab meat into chunks, and dice the mango and carrot.

    Assemble the salad by placing the lamb's lettuce first on the plate, then the arugula, carrots, Taggiasca olives, crab meat, cherry tomatoes, mango, and finally the squid.

    For those who prefer a more flavorful dish, the squid can be cooked in a pan with garlic and parsley and deglazed with wine, then cooled and added to the salad.
