Recipe for a tasty main course enriched with pioppino mushrooms, low in calories and fat-free.
Step 1 of 4: Clean and cut the mushrooms and cook them in a pan together with the oil for about 15 minutes, salt as needed and cook over low heat. For those who like a wine note, it is possible to add half a glass of red wine.
Step 2 of 4: Meanwhile cut the sausage and cook it in a pan for about 10 minutes.
Step 3 of 4: Then combine the sausage in the mushroom pan, add the chopped rosemary, bay leaves and the tomatoes previously cut in half.
Step 4 of 4: Cook for about 10 minutes until the water released by the mushrooms has been completely absorbed.
