Prepare all the ingredients and equipment.

    To prepare the popsicles, pour 1/2 portions into a blender: oat milk, Matcha powder, a teaspoon of honey and a few mint leaves.

  • STEP 3 OF 6

    Blend until you obtain a smooth and fluid mixture.

  • STEP 4 OF 6

    Add the chia seeds, mix and let rest for 30 minutes. Repeat the steps with the taro powder.

  • STEP 5 OF 6

    Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze in the freezer for at least 8 hours.

  • STEP 6 OF 6

    Unmold your Matcha popsicles and serve immediately.
