A simple vegan version of the classic chocolate salami: without butter and without raw eggs, ideal also for those following a vegan diet.
Step 1 of 6: Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie together with the coffee, stirring until you obtain a smooth cream.
Step 2 of 6: Meanwhile, crumble the biscuits and chop the walnuts; transfer them to a bowl.
Step 3 of 6: Add the melted chocolate to the crumbled biscuits and walnuts, mixing everything well.
Step 4 of 6: Shape the mixture into a salami and wrap it in cling film, pressing it firmly into shape.
Step 5 of 6: Place the salami in the refrigerator to firm up for at least 1 hour.
Step 6 of 6: Once firm, dust generously with icing sugar before serving.
