Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Check that the sandwich loaf is the right size for the pan; if it is too large, remove some excess slices of bread.
Prepare the ingredients: wash and slice the tomato, and cut the zucchini into spaghetti-like strips.
Fill the slices of bread by adding a slice of cooked ham and a slice of cheese between them, then the tomato and the zucchini.
You can also choose not to fill them all, but to alternate the fillings so that you have individual sandwiches after baking.
In a glass, mix the egg with the milk to create an emulsion and slowly pour the mixture over the filled sandwich loaf with a spoon; the emulsion will help keep the loaf moist and prevent it from drying out.
Bake for 20 minutes in a 200° oven.
