  • Plain biscuits or crispbread30

  • Cream
  • Greek yogurt300
  • Chia seeds25
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional)1
  • Filling
  • Hazelnut creamq.b.
  • Chopped nutsq.b.

    Crush the biscuits and place them on the bottom of the jar or glass.

    Soak the base with some milk.

    Prepare the cream by mixing Greek yogurt, chia seeds and sweetener (if preferred).

    Pour the cream over the base and refrigerate overnight.

    In the morning, fill with hazelnut cream and chopped nuts, or with whatever you prefer, and enjoy.
