  • Plain 0% greek yogurt150
  • Cooked broccoli160
  • Saltq.b.
  • Pepperq.b.
  • Packet of instant yeast for savory bakes1
  • Extra virgin olive oilq.b.
  • Seeds (for the surface)q.b.

Blend together the cooked broccoli, Greek yogurt, egg, salt and pepper in a mixer or with an immersion blender directly in a bowl.

    Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the flour and the packet of instant yeast for savory bakes.

  • STEP 3 OF 8

    Mix initially with a spoon, then knead with your hands until you obtain a smooth, soft dough ball.

    Let the dough ball rest for 15 minutes, covered with a lid or kitchen towel.

  • STEP 5 OF 8

    Divide the dough into 5 portions. Shape into balls, flatten them slightly and create the central hole with your fingers (wide enough to prevent it from closing during baking).

  • STEP 6 OF 8

    Arrange the bagels on the baking tray, brush with extra virgin olive oil and add the seeds you want on the surface.

  • STEP 7 OF 8

    Bake in a preheated static oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.

    Let cool and store in an airtight container or food bags.
