Whether for breakfast or a snack, NUTELLA CROISSANTS are irresistible at any time of the day! Today I’m giving you the recipe for these delicious croissants with a soft and fragrant texture! Let’s make them together!
Pour the flour, sugar, a pinch of salt, the brewer’s yeast, and the milk gradually onto a work surface.
Then add the eggs and start kneading.
Add the previously melted butter as well.
Butter a bowl, cover, and let rise for at least 2 hours.
Take the dough back, roll it out with a rolling pin, cut out our little triangles, and place a bit of Nutella in the center.
Shape our croissants.
Let rise for another half hour.
Bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
