“Chocolate is living matter: it has its own language, its own breath, its inner heartbeat. Learning to understand it takes time, sensitivity, and silence... because only when chocolate feels it is being given intimate attention, and only then, does it stop bewitching the palate and begins to converse with the senses.” That said, let’s get to know chocolate by making these delicious, chocolatey muffins! For a double dose of energy and cocoa, I also added crumbled chocolate biscuits to the batter!! Breakfast should be comforting and give you the right boost, right?
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar
Add the seed oil, vanilla, milk, and continue mixing.
Pour in the flour, cocoa, and baking powder and combine everything. Add the biscuits roughly crumbled as well and give a final stir.
Distribute the mixture into muffin cups, filling them 2/3 full, and bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
