Corochinato, also known as “Asinello”, is the typical Genoese aperitif, served chilled and neat with just a slice of lemon in the glass, or as a vermouth base for cocktails.
Aromatic and authentic flavor.
Its perfect accompaniment is focaccia, but thanks to its aromatic persistence and Mediterranean components, it pairs excellently with cured meats, Cantabrian Sea anchovies and chips with Genoese pesto.
For those who want to be daring, we suggest preparing an Asinello spritz: simply add Prosecco or sparkling wine to Corochinato, ice, a basil leaf, and it’s ready!
White wine, sugar, herbal infusion, alcohol and natural flavors. Contains SULFITES.
